Message To Our Patients Regarding The Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Alister A. George, M.D. is following the recommendations of CDC, CDPH, and the County of Ventura in our response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Our medical office understands that based on the evidence, prevention of the spread of the virus is important. Mask wearing, frequent hand washing, social distancing of at least 6 feet, respiratory etiquette, routine disinfection of common surfaces, and remaining home when ill are paramount to slowing the spread of the virus.
Infection control guidelines, hand hygiene protocol, effective use of personal protective equipment (PPE), environmental controls, isolation precautions, and testing protocols are detailed in our Infection Control policies and procedures and are further referenced on the CDC website.
